Collections

Collections let you group related assets together for sharing and organization.

Creating a Collection

1. In the Clarento panel, go to the Collections tab
2. Click New Collection
3. Enter a name and optional description
4. Select assets to include, or add them later

Adding Assets to Collections

• From the asset drawer, click Add to Collection and select a collection
• From the collection view, click Add Assets to browse and select

Sharing Collections

Collections can be shared externally via a public link:

1. Open a collection
2. Click Share
3. Configure sharing options:
   • Public link — anyone with the link can view and download
   • Password protected — viewers must enter a password
   • Expiration — optionally set a link expiry date
4. Copy the share link (hosted at share.clarento.com)

Shared collections display a gallery view with download buttons for each asset and a "Download All" ZIP option.

Managing Collections

• Rename — click the collection name to edit
• Remove assets — open the collection and remove individual assets
• Delete — delete the collection (assets are not deleted, only the grouping)
