Clarento provides text-based search across all your assets.

How Search Works

The search bar matches your query against:

• Asset name
• Description
• Manual tags
• AI-generated tags
• AI-generated description

All search terms must match (AND logic). Search is case-insensitive.

Filtering

Combine search with filters:

• Type — filter by image, video, document, or font
• Tags — click a tag to filter by it
• Approval status — show only approved or pending assets

Sorting

Sort results by:

• Newest first (default)
• Oldest first
• Name A-Z
• Name Z-A
• File size
